What’s the best way to contact the Salon?

The best way to reach us regarding appointments or customer service questions is by calling 813-955-4329

Social media is a great outlet, but DMs are not the most efficient way to reach your stylist.

If you contact us outside of business hours, we are with a client, or out of the salon, we will contact you as soon as possible the following business day.

Late Fee Policy

As a result of client tardiness, a late fee will be applied to your total service amount.
This fee will be added if services are still able to be performed to professional standards and won’t adversely affect other client’s scheduled appointments.
If not, cancellation policy will be enforced.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness to all our guests and efficient use of appointment slots, we kindly request a minimum 24-hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellation. This allows others to book during that time.
Rescheduling with less than a 24-hour notice will result in a 20% fee of the scheduled services.
Cancellation with less than 24-hour notice will result in a 50% fee of scheduled services.
No Call, No Shows result in a 100% charge for all scheduled services.

** South Tampa Salon honors a 15-minute grace period for client tardiness.
If some but not all services booked are able to be performed to professional standards and won’t adversely affect other client’s scheduled appointments, we will proceed with scheduled appointments. Clients will be charged for all scheduled services booked regardless of what stylist is able to provide in the new allotted time due to client tardiness. If no services are able to be performed, cancellation policy will be enforced.

Reserving Appointments

A credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any color or cut services, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied with a service that’s been provided, we are happy to address any concerns, within reason, free of charge.
Within 1 week of your original service.
Standard prices will apply after 1 week.

Parking

Facing the storefront, the parking lot is located left of the strip mall.

Referral Program

Enjoy exclusive benefits when you refer someone to South Tampa Salon.
As a token of appreciation, your referral will receive $20 off their first appointment.
Additionally, once they’ve completed their appointment, you will receive a $20 credit towards your next visit.
